根外追肥对毛白杨生长及矿质元素含量的影响

摘要 为了研究根外追肥对毛白杨(Populus tomentosa)生长和各器官矿质元素含量变化的影响规律,以1年生毛白杨苗木为试材,设置肥料喷施浓度为0(对照)、0.50%、1.00%、1.50%、2.00%5个处理,所用肥料溶液N∶P∶K∶Cu∶Zn∶Fe为1∶1∶1∶0.3∶0.3∶0.3,小区试验设计,3次重复。结果表明,根、茎、叶干物质积累量表现为随着喷施浓度的增加而升高,浓度为2.00%的处理显著高于对照。各矿质元素含量测定结果表明,浓度为2.00%的处理显著提高了根系内钾、钙、铁、锰、铜含量,但锌、镁与对照差异不显著;也显著提高了茎内钾、钙、铁、铜、锌含量,镁和锰含量与对照之间无显著差异;对叶片镁含量影响作用不显著,但显著提高了其他几种矿质元素含量。综合分析认为,毛白杨根外追肥浓度为2.00%时对促进生长和提高各器官内矿质元素含量效果最佳。 In order to study the change rules of growth and mineral element content of Populus tomentosa under foliage spray, one year old P. tomentosa seedlings were treated with 5 different concentration[0(control)、0.50%、1.00%、1.50%、2.00%] of spray fertilizer (with N:P:K:Cu:Zn:Fe 1:1:1:0.3:0.3:0.3), and plot experimental with three replications was carried out. The results showed that, dry matter of root, stem and leaf increased with the concentration of spray fertilizer rising, and was significantly higher under the treatment of 2.00% spray fertilizer than the control. Moreover when treated with 2.00% spray fertilizer, the contents of potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper in root were significantly improved, except for zinc and magnesium; the potassium, calcium, iron, copper, zinc content of stem also rose greatly, apart from magnesium and manganese; the contents of all mineral elements except magnesium in leaves increased significantly as well. Based on the above analysis, it can be obtained that foliage spray with concentration of 2.00% can promote P. tomentosa growth and improve the content of mineral elements in various organs.
