摘要
采用玻片浸渍法,测定了6种杀螨(虫)剂对武汉地区蔬菜朱砂叶螨[Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval)]的室内毒力。结果表明,6种杀螨剂中,1.8%阿维菌素乳油和1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油对朱砂叶螨成螨毒力最高,其LC50分别为0.267 8、0.680 5 mg/L;15%哒螨灵乳油效果次之,LC50为17.933 1mg/L;200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、2.5%多杀菌素悬浮剂和240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂的效果最差,其LC50分别为3 945.454 1、1 511.591 8、1 067.361 9 mg/L。
The toxicity bioassay of six common acaricides to the adult females of carmine spider mites (Tetranychus cinnabari-nus) in vegetables in Wuhan area was carried out using slide-dip method in the laboratory. The results showed that 1.8%abamectin and 1% emamectin benzoate had the highest toxicity among all the tested acaricides, with the LC50 of 0.267 8 mg/L and 0.680 5 mg/L, respectively; 15% Pyridaben showed relative low toxicity, with the LC50 of 17.933 1 mg/L;200 g/L chlo-rantraniliprole、2.5% spinosad and 240 g/L envidor had the lowest toxicity, with the LC50 of 3 945.454 1,1 511.591 8,1 067.361 9 mg/L, respectively.
