摘要
以亚利桑娜红掌(Anthurium andraeanum)为研究对象,研究了取材部位、消毒液Hg Cl2浓度、消毒时间对红掌外植体接种效果的影响。结果表明,以叶柄为外植体,使用0.1%的Hg Cl2消毒时间8 min,红掌组培接种效果最佳。
Anthurium andraeanum ‘Arizona’ as the research object, the effect of explants sampling site,the concentration of HgCl2 and disinfection time on explant inoculation were researched. The results showed that the inoculation effect of tissue culture of explants of the petiole as explants, 0.1% concentration of HgCl2 and disinfection time 8 min was best.
