摘要
"吃"是永远的热点话题。因此,餐饮业是永远的朝阳行业,再加上其创业门槛低、投资少、风险小、回报快及利润较高,故而在市场中十分火热。然而,随着消费升级,餐饮行业转型发展,餐饮产业现代化程度提升,再加上大众消费能力的持续增强,消费者对服务的要求越来越高,现有的餐饮专业人才已满足不了行业的需求,餐饮专业人才不足、优秀人才流失等因素对餐饮产业可持续发展产生了极大的阻碍作用。基于此,主要分析餐饮服务业的现状,研究人才引进对餐饮服务业的提高作用,并在此基础上提出加强人才引进的策略。
Eating is always a hot topic. Therefore, the catering is always a sunrise industry, coupled with its low threshold of entrepreneurship, less investment, small risk, return fast, higher profits, therefore it is very hot in the market. However, with the upgrading of consumption, catering industry transformation and development, the level increase of catering industry modernization, coupled with the continuous enhancement of mass consumption, consumer demand for services is increasing, the existing catering professionals couldn' t meet the needs of the industry, the lack of food and beverage professionals, talents loss and other factors hindered the sustainable development of food and beverage industry.
