通过胎盘效率改良母猪繁殖性能的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 胎盘效率的遗传力中等,可通过选择胎盘效率来间接增加猪产仔数。然而前期研究阐明,胎儿的基因型决定胎盘效率,也就是胎儿对妊娠母体的反馈调控显著,其中的分子机制值得研究。新近研究初步说明,母猪组织与胎儿组织之间的miRNAs表达显著不同,也存在表观遗传调控。随着"组学"技术的迅速发展及其应用,为我们揭示胎盘效率调控机制的黑匣子提供了良好机遇。
