摘要
在比较国内散粮集装箱卸料技术装备的基础上,研发了一种新型散粮集装箱卸料机,其具有以下优点：设备自重轻,机动性强;卸车速度快,工作效率高;采用先进的控制系统,操作方便;性能稳定,运行可靠;采用远程遥控,操作安全.该机的研发应用将明显提高我国散粮集装箱的卸料效率,降低散粮集装箱卸料装备的投资成本,促进我国散粮集装箱运输的发展.
Based on the comparison for the technology and equipment of the bulk grain container unloading machine, a new type of the bulk grain container unloading machine was designed, it has advantages as below： light weight and strong mobility;high unloading speed; advanced control system, easy to operate;stable performance, reliable operation;using remote control, convenient operation. The application of this machine will improve the efficiency of bulk grain container unloading obviously, reduce the investment cost of the equipment, promote the development of China＆#39;s bulk grain container transportation.
