壮医针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的研究现状及进展

Current situation and progress of studies on treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Zhuang acupuncture and moxibustion

壮医学是我国民族医学重要的组成部分。壮医针灸是壮医常用的外治法,遵循巧坞经络理论,通过针刺龙路、火路的体表网结,畅通气血,扶助正气,祛除病邪。在过往,缺少壮医针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床应用研究,使壮医针灸在这方面的临床与推广应用中受到限制。现将近年来壮医针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床应用现状及进展综述如下。

Zhuang Medicine constitutes an important part of Chinese ethnomedicine. As a common approach for external use of Zhuang Medicine, Zhuang acupuncture and moxibustion follows the theory of brain channels and collaterals, promoting the circulation of Qi and blood and curing diseases by stimulating the superficial network of the blood and nerve pathways. There was a paucity of clinical studies of treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Zhuang acupuncture and moxibustion, resulting in limitation in respect of clinical application and promotion of Zhuang acupuncture and moxibustion. In this paper, we presented the current situation and progress of clinical studies on treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Zhuang acupuncture and moxibustion.
