当前,就业市场对复合型金融人才的需求量逐步增加。但当前高校现有的单一金融学专业教学培养模式对于复合型金融人才的培育存在一定不足。文章以金融学辅修专业为试点,探究以辅修专业联合毕业论文为渠道培养跨专业复合型金融人才的可能性,并结合实践教学经验提出金融学辅修专业跨专业联合毕业论文模式的具体步骤,希望能够有效改善高校复合型金融人才的培育工作。

There are the increasing demands for complex financial talents in the current job market. Nevertheless, there exist some disadvantages on the existing single mode of teaching and training for finance speciality on the fostering of complex financial talents in universities. The paper, based on pilot minor, explores the possibility of fostering multi-disciplinary complex financial talents via minor joint thesis, and proposes concrete steps of mode of Finance minor interdisciplinary joint thesis with a combination of practical teaching experience, in the hope of improving the fostering of complex financial talents in universities.
