摘要
文章以广西高职院校教师为研究对象,结合高职院校教师教学能力现状,诠释高职院校教师教学能力的内涵,基于于教学学术视角,对高职教师的教学能力的发展及其路径进行重新审视和思考,为高职教师教学能力的提升奠定扎实的基础。
The thesis takes college teacher of Guangxi senior high vocational school as a research object and combine a teacher from college in senior high vocational school teaching capability present condition, annotation the content of the teaching capability of teacher from college in senior high vocational school, according to at the teaching academic visual angle, re- examine vs the shape of the senior high vocational school teacher's teaching capability and its path progress and thinking, lay firm foundation for promoting of teacher in the senior high vocational school teaching capability.
