Research on campus entrepreneurship with securities-based crowdfunding and exchanging platform and its practices

学生三创(创新创意创业)在项目实践过程中往往启动资金缺乏,难以落地的情况。论文提出IDPO过程论,并基于IDPO过程论,搭建有价证券众筹流通平台。"青创新四板"是目前国内唯一的基于校园的众筹与证券流通系统,它创新性地在早期项目中引入金融手段,利用资产证券化真正解决大学生创业的障碍,大幅降低项目死亡率,推进早期项目成熟,实现与天使投资高效对接。

Entrepreneurship practices of students has become an important part of college education. In its practices, campus entrepreneurship are lack of funding to initiate. This paper proposes an IDPO methodology to instruct processes, based on which we built up a securities crowd-funding and exchanging platform, ＂Youth Entrepreneurship New 4th Stock Market＂. It is the only campus-based crowd-funding and exchanging system in China's Mainland, which creatively introduces asset securitization into nursery project. The financial tool provides a real solution for initiative funding for student Entrepreneurship Program, lowers the Project mortality, pushes forward the nursery project to mature phase and fmally enables docking with Angel investment.
