摘要 研究温度、光照及赤霉素3种处理对苦瓜种子萌发的影响,结果表明:温度对苦瓜种子发芽率有一定的影响,苦瓜种子萌发最佳温度为30~33℃,发芽率达64.0%~68.0%;黑暗和全光照(24 h/d)处理下,苦瓜种子萌发率均随处理时间的延长而增加,120 h的发芽率达到98.0%,黑暗处理的发芽率略高于全光照处理;高浓度赤霉素处理对种子萌发有一定的促进作用,赤霉素500~1000 mg/L浓度处理更有利于苦瓜种子的萌发,发芽率达82.0%~84.0%。 In this paper, effects of temperature, illumination and GA on germination of bitter gourd seeds were studied. The results showed that there were some effects of temperature on germination of bitter gourd seeds. The germination rate was 64.0%-68.0% when the optimum temperature was 30 -33℃. With the increase of the dark and full illumination (24 h/d) time, germination rate was increased. The germination rate was 98.0% at 120 h dark and full illumination (24 h/d). The germination rate at dark was slightly higher than that at full illumination. High concentration GA would im- prove seed germination. It was helpful for seed germination, obtaining 82.0% - 84.0% when 500 - 1000 mg/L GA was used.
