Problems and policy suggestions on the industrial utilization of agricultural biomass energy in Zhejiang

浙江省常规能源资源比较稀缺,必须大力开发生物质等可再生能源。目前,浙江省农业生物质能源产业化利用尚存在较多问题,如原料供应不足、政策体系不完善、投融资体制不顺畅、产业化技术水平不高等。因此,必须制定完善的政策,保障原料供给,推动技术研发,建立多元化的投融资体制。

Because of the scarcity of conventional energy resources in Zhejiang province, the renewable energy must be vigorously developed, such as biomass. At present, there are still many problems about the use of agricultural biomass energy industry in Zhejiang province, such as insufficient raw material, imperfect policy system, impeded investment and financing system, low industrial technology level. Therefore, we must formulate perfect policies to protect the supply of raw materials, promote technological development, and establish diversified investment and financing system.
