教练员与运动员关系的研究

An Initial Study on the Relationship between Coaches and Sportsmen in Athletics

我国竞技体育,教练员与运动员关系好的不乏其人,他们努力训练,通力合作,为我国的竞技体育的腾飞作出了卓越的贡献,但也有些教练员与运动员关系不融洽,使运动员过早地离开运动场,失去了为国争光的机会。文章通过教练员和运动员关系的研究,旨在为提高竞技运动水平和教练员在选材、训练时提供参考。

In the athletic fit-Id of our country, there are enough roaches who have good relationship with sportsmen. They have given full cooperation to training, in order to greatly contribute to promote the sports prosperity of our country. However, some sportsmen, who left sports ground early, lost their opportunities to compete with others, because the relationship between the two sides is not good. Through the study on the relationship between coaches and sportsmen, the authors offer this paper for reference. The purpose of paper is to promote the level of sports, so as to select sports talents and training affairs.
