八段锦结合常规治疗法对2型糖尿病血糖水平的影响

Influence of Baduanjin combined with routine treatment on blood glucose level in type 2 diabetic patients

目的探讨八段锦结合常规治疗法对2型糖尿病血糖水平的影响。方法选取本院2014年6月~2015年6月诊治的2型糖尿病患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,30例患者实施常规治疗为对照组,30例患者实施八段锦结合常规治疗为观察组,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者血糖指标（空腹血糖、非空腹血糖、果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白）、血脂指标（总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇）均显著降低,而血脂指标（高密度脂蛋白胆固醇）均显著增加。观察组患者血糖指标（空腹血糖、非空腹血糖、果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白）、血脂指标（总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇）均明显低于对照组,血糖指标（空腹血糖、非空腹血糖、果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白）达标情况均明显好于对照组,血脂指标（高密度脂蛋白胆固醇）明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论八段锦结合常规治疗法是治疗2型糖尿病的有效方法,可明显改善患者的血糖水平与血脂状况,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate influence of Baduanjin combined with routine treatment on blood glucose level in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetic selected in hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients received routine treatment as control group. 30 patients received Baduanjin combined with routine treatment as observation group. Treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results After treatment, blood glucose index（FBG; non FBG; GSP; Hb Alc） and blood lipid index（TC; TG; LDL-c） decreased significantly in two groups while HDL-c increased significantly. Blood glucose index（FBG; non FBG; GSP; Hb Alc） and blood lipid index（TC; TG; LDL-c） in observation group were significantly lower than control group. Compliance of blood glucose index（FBG; non FBG; GSP; Hb Alc） in observation group were significantly better than control group. HDL-c in observation group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Baduanjin combined with routine treatment is an effective method in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can significantly improve blood glucose levels and blood lipid status. That is worthy of clinical use.
