摘要
目的探讨不同运动方案对绝经女性血脂的干预效果。方法 160例绝经女性随机分为四组,A组40例:每天进行中等强度规律运动30min,每周3次;B组40例:每天进行中等强度规律运动30 min,每周6次;C组40例:每天进行中等强度规律运动60min,每周6次;D组40例:未参加规律运动。入组后采取干预措施前及干预措施实施48周后检测血清TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C。结果 A组、B组和C组,运动后血脂水平均有改善,B组和C组优于A组(P<0.05),B组和C组两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绝经女性每天进行中等强度规律运动30 min,每周6次是一种较为合适的运动方法。
Objective To study the intervention effect of different exercise scheme on improvement of blood lipid level in menopause women. Methods 160 menopause women were randomly divided into four groups, with 40 cases in each group. To make moderate intensity regular exercises in A, B, and C group, with 30 min every day, thrice weekly in A group, with 30 min every day, 6 times weekly in B group, with 60 min every day, 6 times weekly in C group, while without regular exercises in D group. To detect serum TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C before intervention and after 48 weeks intervention of all the patients. Results The blood lipid level after motion in A, B, C group were improvement, which in B and C group were better than which in A group, the differences was statically significant(P 〈0.05), while there was no statistical significance compared B group and C group(P〉 0.05). Conclusion To make moderate intensity regular exercises 30 min every day, 6 times weekly in menopause women is a more appropriate exercise method.
