不同类型年龄相关性白内障眼内散射光的检测及其临床意义

Detection of different types of age-related cataract intraocular scattering light and its clinical significance

目的分析不同类型年龄相关性白内障眼内散射光的检查及临床意义。方法选择2014年5月-2015年5月我院眼科收治的年龄相关性白内障患者96例（96只眼）作为研究对象,按照患者的病情形态分组,分别是核性白内障组32例（32只眼）,皮质性白内障组36例（36只眼）,后囊膜下白内障组28例（28只眼）,使用综合验光仪检测患者的最佳矫正视力（BCVA）,用C-Quant测量眼内散射光值,分析不同类型年龄相关性白内障眼内散射光值。结果后囊膜下白内障患者眼内散射光值（1.86±0.25）log,明显高于皮质性白内障（0.57±0.26）log、核性白内障（1.47±0.10）log及对照组（1.29±0.16）log,四组散射光组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。四组患者年龄和BCVA组间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论眼内散射光对白内障患者的视觉质量评估具有重要的意义,白内障患者使用C-Quant测量眼内散射光值能够对核性白内障、皮质性白内障、后囊膜下白内障患者的视觉功能进行评估,其中患者的视觉质量受到后囊膜下白内障的影响最大,应及早进行手术治疗。

Objective To analyze the examination and clinical significance of age-related cataract intraocular scattering light. Methods 96 patients（96 eyes）with age-related cataract who were admitted to the department of ophthalmology in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as research subjects.They were allocated to the nuclear cataract group with 32 cases（32 eyes）,the cortical cataract group with 36 cases（36 eyes）and posterior subcapsular cataract group with 28 cases（28 eyes）.Best corrected visual acuity（BCVA）was detected by phoroptor and value of intraocular scattering light was detected by C-Quant.Values of age-related cataract intraocular scattering light were analyzed. Results Value of intraocular scattering light of patient with posterior subcapsular cataract was（1.86±0.25）log,significantly higher than that of the cortical cataract group（0.57±0.26）log,the nuclear cataract group（1.47±0.10）log and the control group（1.29±0.16）log.Scattering light of four groups had significant difference and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Ages of patients in four groups and BCVA group had no significant difference and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Intraocular scattering light has important significance in assessment of visual quality of cataract patients.Value of intraocular scattering light detected by C-Quant for cataract patients can evaluate visual quality of patients with nuclear cataract,cortical cataract and posterior subcapsular cataract.Posterior subcapsular cataract has the greatest effect on visual quality of patients who need surgical treatment as soon as possible.
