尿石症的相关危险因素分析及防治

Analysis of related risk factors and prevention of urolithiasis

目的探讨尿石症的相关危险因素分析及防治情况。方法分析2013年3月-2015年6月南屏地区尿石症发病人群的资料,依据人群来源不同分组,本地人群组12961例和迁入人群组66649例。观察两组人群不同年龄段尿石症发生率情况,观察两组尿石症患者性别、既往患病史、家族遗传史、职业劳动强度、经常运动、饮食油腻、日饮水量、摄盐量、时常憋尿情况。结果本地人群组尿石症发生率2.5%（325）,迁入人群组尿石症发生率3.1%（2066）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,迁入人群组尿石症患者饮食油腻、摄盐量比例高于本地人群组,饮食油腻、摄盐量比例和尿石症发生均有明显的相关性,饮食油腻、摄盐量比例是尿石症的相关危险因素,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论本地人群和迁入人群尿石症发生率和相关因素有一定的差异,应给予针对性的防治措施,降低尿石症的发生。

Objective To explore related risk factors and prevention of urolithiasis. Methods Data of onset population with urolithiasis in Nanping district from March 2013 to June 2015 were analyzed.And they were allocated to local population group with 12961 cases and the immigration group with 66649 cases according to places where they came from.Incidences of urolithiasis in different ages of population in two groups were observed.In addition, gender,history of disease, family heredity,occupational labor intensity,motion frequency,oily diet,daily volume of drinking water,amount of salt-intake and frequently holding urine of patients with urolithiasis in two groups were observed. Results In the local population group, there were 325 cases of urolithiasis and the incidence was 2.5%.In the immigration group,there were 2066 cases of urolithiasis and the incidence was 3.1%.There was no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Oily diet and portion of amount of salt-intake of urolithiasis patients in the immigration group was higher than that in the local population group.Oily diet and portion of amount of salt-intake had significant correlation with urolithiasis and they were related risk factors of urolithiasis.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Incidence and related factors of urolithiasis in local population group and the immigration group have certain differences,which need targeted prevention to reduce occurrence of urolithiasis.
