摘要 文章运用文献资料法、实验法、统计法等研究方法,对影响田径课程教学主要因素进行比较和系统的分析,提出了新的教学改革整体方案,并进行了教学实验验证。认为以田径教学目标改革为突破口,教学方法和手段改革为核心,课程考试和评价方法改革为龙头,在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、运动训练、教学实践环节、考核与评价、教材建设、师资队伍建设等方面进行全面改革的方法和措施,能够有效地提高田径课程的整体教学质量。该改革方案的成功经验对于同层次学校田径教学改革有一定的参考价值。 This paper uses following research ways, e.g. documents, questionnaire, interview, doing experiment, statistics, etc. track and fit-Id course of study. This paper has analyzed the main factors that influence track and field teaching comprehensively , and puts forward new integral improving measures. The measures has heen proved by carrying out in practice. The author believes that by making the reformation of track and field teaching a breakthrough, centering on the reformation of teaching methods and means, and being headed by course exam and evaluation, track and field teaching can be improved effectively by a comprehensive reformation on teaching target, teaching content, teaching methods and means, physical training, the link of teaching practice, exams and evaluation, teaching material setting, and the building of teaching staff, etc. The success of the reformation scheme provides important experience to colleges at the same level on the reformation of track and field teaching.
