摘要
采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对T91圆柱试样在变形温度800~1050℃和0.1~10/s的变形速率范围内进行压缩试验。研究了变形温度、应变速率及变形程度对T91钢变形抗力的影响。结果表明,T91钢是温度敏感性材料,随变形温度升高,材料的变形抗力明显降低;但T91钢是一个与温度区域有关的速率敏感材料,仅当变形温度高于800℃以上,变形抗力才会随变形速率增加而迅速增大。通过对应力-应变曲线的回归,构建了T91钢的高温本构方程。
The compression experiments of T91 cylindrical samples at 800- 1050℃ and deformation rate of 0.1-10/s were carried out on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation test machine. The influences of deformation temperature, strain rate and deformation degree on the deformation resistance of T91 steel were studied.The results show that T91 steel is a temperature sensitive material. With the increase of deformation temperature, the deformation resistance of the material obviously decreases. But T91 steel is a rate sensitive materials, which is related to temperature region, only when the deformation temperature is above 800℃, the deformation resistance increases rapidly with the increase of deformation rate. The high temperature constitutive equation ofT91 steel is constructed by the return of stress-strain curve.
