摘要
采用铜模浇注法进行了φ2 mm建筑智能隔震用Ti_(54)Cu_(40)Mg_(5.5)Sn_(0.5)非晶形状记忆合金的制备,并对其进行了扫描电镜、X射线衍射下的物相分析以及在-40、-20、0、20℃条件下的力学性能测试。结果表明,采用铜模浇注法,可制备出力学性能较好的建筑智能隔震用Ti_(54)Cu_(40)Mg_(5.5)Sn_(0.5)非晶形状记忆合金,其中20℃压缩断裂强度为2286 MPa、压缩断裂应变量为2.87%、冲击吸收功为69 J,且具有较好的低温力学性能。
Ti54Cu40Mg5.5Sn0.5 amorphous shape memory alloy with the diameter of 2 mm used for construction intelligent shock insulation was prepared by using copper mold casting method. The analysis of SEM and XRD was carried out and the mechanical properties at -40℃ ,-20 ℃ ,0 ℃ and 20 ℃ were tested. The results show that the copper mold casting method is able to fabricate Ti54Cu40Mg5.5Sn0.5 amorphous shape memory alloy for construction intelligent shock insulation with good mechanical properties. The compression fracture strength is 2286 MPa at 20 ℃, the compression fracture strain is 2.87%, the impact energy is 69 J, and the alloy has good low-temperature mechanical properties.
