摘要
利用VN微合金化工艺,以低成本和高性能为基本原则,通过对钢板化学成分、冶炼和连铸工艺、轧制及冷却工艺的设计,试制出60 mm以上规格600 MPa级特厚高强结构钢板。对试制钢板的力学性能和金相组织进行了研究。结果表明,试制钢板的屈服强度460~515 MPa,抗拉强度600~650 MPa,-20℃低温冲击功140~200J,冷弯性能良好。钢板具有较高的强度和良好的低温冲击韧性,可满足Q500D的标准要求。
Using V-N-microalloying process, taking low cost and high performance as basic principe, the 600 MPa special thick high strength steel with the thickness of 60 mm was manufactured successfully by properly designing its chemical composition, smelting and metal casting process, rolling and cooling process. The mechanical property and microstructure of the steel were researched. The results show that the trial steel yield strength is 460-515 MPa, tensile strength is 600 -650 MPa, -20℃ low temperature impact energy is 140-200 J, and cold bending is good. The steel has high strength and good low-temperature impact toughness, which can satisfy the standard requirements of Q500D.
