电站空冷用铝/铝/钢三层复合材料腐蚀行为的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用盐雾腐蚀法研究了铝/铝/钢三层复合材料(4343(Al)/4A60(Al)/08(Al(steel))的腐蚀性能,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪对该材料的腐蚀形貌及腐蚀产物进行分析,研究了铝钢复合材料在盐雾环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:对于铝/铝/钢三层复合材料来说,腐蚀优先发生在4343钎焊层。按腐蚀速率大小排序依次为4343钎焊层>4A60芯层>08Al钢层。按照腐蚀行为可将腐蚀分为4个阶段。在腐蚀49 d后,基体钢层厚度减薄约0.02 mm,说明该铝/铝/钢三层复合材料有着较好的耐蚀性。 The salt spray test (SWAAT) was applied to study the corrosion performance of aluminum/aluminum/ steel (4343 (AI)/4A60 (Al)/08Al(steel)) clad material. The corrosion morphology and corrosion product of the material was studied by optical microscope, SEM and EDS. The corrsion behavior of the material in salt spray environmnet was analyzed. The test results show that aiming at Al/Al/steel clad material, the corrosion preferentially appears on 4343 aluminum brazing layer. The corrosion rate of each layer can be ordered as V4343 〉 V4A60 〉 V08Al-. The corrosion process of the clad material can be divided into 4 stages based on its corrosion behavior. After 49 d corrosion, the total reduction of the steel layer thickness is about 0.02 mm, which demonstrates that aluminum/aluminum/steel clad material has better corrosion resistance.
