摘要
通过对T8A钢进行普通淬火+回火和脉冲磁场淬火+回火,结果发现其显微组织主要是马氏体+粒状渗碳体+少量残余奥氏体。二者之间最明显的区别是非磁场热处理试样中存在大量密集的二次渗碳体,相比之下加磁处理试样中的粒状渗碳体析出量要少得多,而且晶粒更加细化。因此,磁场热处理与普通热处理相比有以下优势:使T8A钢的韧性、抗拉强度和伸长率都有不同程度的提高。
Based on T8A steel by ordinary quenching and tempering and pulsed magnetic field quenching + tempering, the results show that the microstructure is mainly martensite, granular cementite + residual austenite. The most obvious difference between the two is the existence of two cementite massive and dense in the sample of non magnetic heat treatment. compared with granular cementite precipitation of magnetic treatment in the sample is much less, and the grains are refiner. Therefore, the magnetic field heat treatment has the following advantages: compared with the common heat treatment the toughness tensile strength and elongation of TBA steel are improved to different degrees.
