摘要
利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,对AK钢冷轧薄板进行循环相变热处理,研究了循环热处理对其组织细化的影响和对材料遗传特性的影响。结果表明,合适的循环相变次数可以细化晶粒,同时破坏材料组织遗传特性。一次循环后已经消除冷轧组织;二次循环后细化最均匀,平均晶粒尺寸最小,仅为9.606μm。
Cyclic phase transformation heat treatment for AK steel cold rolled sheet was conducted on thermal simulation testing machine Gleeble-1500D, also effects of cyclic heat treatment process on refinement of microstructure and the genetic characteristics of material were studied. The results indicate that appropriate number of cyclic phase transformation can refine grain, which can break genetic characteristics of material at the same time. Cold-rolled structure has been eliminate after one cycle; and the average grain size reaches minimum and evenness after the second cycle, which is only 9.606 μm.
