摘要
研究了氮化工艺对不同材质、不同尺寸工件氮化前后尺寸变化的影响。分析了工艺、材质、尺寸等因素对工件氮化前后尺寸变化的影响规律,同时利用XRD从微观角度分析了氮化尺寸变化的机理。结果表明,工艺方法和材质是影响工件氮化后尺寸变化的主要因素,在获得相同深度的氮化层时,气体氮化处理的工件尺寸增大量要明显小于氮碳共渗,而合金钢工件的尺寸增大量要大于碳素钢。
Dimensional change before and after nitriding for different materials or different sizes of workpiece was studied. The influence law of process, materials and size factors on changing range of workpiece size was analyzed. Meanwhile, mechanism of nitriding size changes was analyzed from the microscopic view by XRD. Results show that the process and material are the main factors for the size change of workpiece after nitriding process, size of workpiece by gas nitride expandes significantly less than size of workpiece by the carbonitring permeability in obtaining the same depth of nitriding layer, and the size of the alloy steel workpiece increases a lot than carbon steel.
