摘要
为了能够获得滑轨正火加热处理合理均匀的温度场,热处理设备必须与轨型相匹配。本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对滑轨加热器及控制设备进行了温度场模拟研究,通过调整热流密度的分布,确定适当的火焰加热模型,从而获得了优化的滑轨加热器,满足了滑轨工程质量要求。
In order to obtain the reasonable temperature field after normalizing heat treatment, the equipment of heat treatment must match the rail type. The temperature field of the heat treatment was simulated using finite element analysis software ANSYS and the suitable flame heating model can be chosen by adjusting the distribution of the heat flux density. At the same time, the optimized sliding rail heater which be able to satisfy the requirement of projects can be designed.
