甲状腺相关性眼病眼外肌病变的治疗进展

摘要 甲状腺相关性眼病(TAO)是自身免疫性疾病,眼外肌病变是其主要的临床表现之一,表现为眼外肌梭形肥大、限制性斜视、复视。病变处于活动期时,应积极应用药物和(或)放射治疗,有效控制炎症,减少致残,在控制甲状腺功能、控制吸烟的基础上应用糖皮质激素治疗效果良好,必要时可联合或单独使用免疫抑制剂、免疫分子拮抗剂、生长抑素类药物或免疫球蛋白;病变处于静止期时,可进行眼外肌手术治疗纠正眼位,消除复视,重建双眼单视。
