论“一带一路”语境中的“民族走廊”及民族关系——基于云南的研究

The Ethnic Corridor and Ethnic Relationship in the Context of the“One Belt And One Road” The Research Based on Yunnan

"一带一路"国家发展战略下的"民族走廊",展现出当前各民族主体的发展过程和轨迹。在"一带一路"的语境中,民族间的交往方式、利益关系以及复杂性,都正在或已经发生深刻改变。同时,宗教问题、恐怖主义与极端民族主义、跨境民族问题、地缘政治因素、散杂居民族问题等成为了影响新时期民族关系的主要问题。在新的时空背景下,"带、路"沿线"民族走廊"及民族关系的文化内涵更显突出,因而发挥民族文化软实力的功能来达到治理边疆的目的,也是"一带一路"题中应有之义。

The ＂ethnic corridor＂ under the national development strategy of ＂One Belt And One Road＂ shows the principal part of the various nationalities and track of the development process.In the context of the ＂One Belt And One Road＂, the interactions between different ethnic groups, interest relations and complexity, is changing or has been changed. At the same time, the religious problems, terrorism and extreme nationalism, eross--border ethnic problems, geopolitical factors, and mixed ethnic problems becomes the major problems affecting ethnic relations.Under the new period background, ＂national corridor＂ and the cultural connection of ethnic relations along the ＂Belt, Road＂ are more significant, and the function of ethnic cultural soft power to achieve the purpose of governance in frontier areas, and they＇ll be maining idea of ＂One Belt And One Road＂ .
