摘要
民族地区城镇化建设是我国城镇化建设的重要组成部分,关系到我国全面建设小康社会的实现。目前,理论界及实践中对民族地区城镇化建设中法治规制不够重视。通过分析民族地区城镇化建设中法律法规存在的问题,主要从法律角度出发,探讨如何完善相关法律法规,以期规范和保障民族地区城镇化建设,从而对民族地区城镇化建设有所裨益。
Urbanization in Ethnic Areas is an important part of China＇s urbanization construction, related to the realization of building a moderately prosperous sociely. At present, the theory circle and practice in the minority areas of China are not paid enough attention, by analyzing the existing problems in the areas of ethnic minority areas, mainly from the legal point of view, to explore how to improve the relevant policies and legal system, in order to regulate and protect the ethnic areas of urban construction, thus the construction of ethnic areas of urbanization.
