新疆少数民族地区高等教育与经济协同发展研究

The Research on the Coordinated Development of Higher Education and Economy in Xinjiang Minority Areas

随着我国西部大开发战略布局的逐步深入,新疆少数民族地区的经济发展动力、发展速度都有了明显的提高。人才是经济发展的重要保证,就新疆少数民族地区的教育发展水平来看,目前仍很难满足新疆少数民族地区的经济发展需求。在此结合新疆少数民族地区高等教育发展现状,分析制约新疆少数民族地区高等教育发展的影响因素,提出促进新疆少数民族地区高等教育发展的建议,以期对新疆少数民族地区的高等教育发展起到一定的推动作用。

Along with the gradual deepening of strategic layout of the western big development in China, the economic development momentum and the development speed of the minority areas in Xinjiang have been greatly improved. Talent is an important guarantee of economic development. On the education level of development in Xinjiang minority area, it is difficult to meet the economic development needs of Xinjiang national minority area. In this paper, combining the current situation of the development of higher education in Xinjiang minority regions, influence factors of restricting the development of higher education in Xinjiang minority area are analyzed, and suggestions are put forward in order to promote the development of Xinjiang higher education of minority nationality areas.
