摘要
患者男,64岁。躯干、四肢鳞屑性红斑8^+年,咳嗽、胸痛10+月。组织病理示左肺鳞癌Ⅰ级,分期为Ⅳ期(T4N3M1)。皮损组织病理示:角化过度伴角化不全,真皮乳突血管肿胀,伴有淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞浸润。患者一般情况欠佳,拒绝行放化疗,针对肺癌予树突状细胞-细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(dendritic cell-cytokine induced killers,DC-CIK)生物治疗后病情缓解,且银屑病症状明显缓解。
A 64-year-old man with scaly erythema at torso and limbs for more than 8 years,with cough and chest pain more than 10 months was diagnosed as left lung squamous cell carcinoma of grade Ⅰ,stage Ⅳ（ T4N3M1）through histopathology. The skin pathology showed that hyperkeratosis accompanied by parakeratosis,blood vessels swelling of dermal papilla,lymphocytes and neutrophils infiltration. He refused chemotherapy for poor general condition. In this patient,following the application of dendritic-cytokine induced killer cells（ DCCIK）,general condition improved and symptoms of psoriasis relieved obviously.
