摘要 从积极心理学角度,心理健康被定义为积极特征的"存在程度",主观幸福感是重要的积极存在。矛盾感作为一种"消极"感受是否应该避免?本文结合前人的研究,从消极、积极两个维度探讨与研究矛盾感受对心理健康的影响。矛盾感受具有普遍性与复杂性,有矛盾体验并不能说明个体"积极情感"弱;理解、意识与处理矛盾是促进心理健康的重要方式。研究为提升心理健康提供新思路,为青少年的心理健康与人格成长提供理论与研究支持。 For positive psychology, mental health is defined as a positive feature of "existence". Subjective well- being is very important. So, ambivalence as "negative" feeling should be avoided? Based on the predecessors' researches, we explored the influence of the ambivalence feeling on mental health from two dimensions of negative and positive. Ambivalence feeling is of universality and complexity. The one that has ambivalence attitude does not always have weak "positive emotions", contrarily, understanding, awareness and treatment of ambivalence is an important way to promote mental health. This paper provides a new way of thinking about how to effectively improve mental health, and theoretically helps to better adolescents' mental health and personality growth.
