摘要 目的:研制一款基于分光光度法的便携式仪器,快速检测游离血红蛋白,为安全输血提供可靠的依据。方法:基于分光光度原理,通过光电转换电路测量联苯胺法反应物醌亚胺在505 nm波长处的显色深度,来测定血浆游离血红蛋白的含量。结果:使用该装置与721分光光度计相比,测量结果和标准值之间的相关系数r^2=0.999 8,且体积小,便于携带,操作快捷,测量准确。结论:该装置可快速、准确地测量血浆中的游离血红蛋白含量,实现对血液制品贮存质量和输注效果的快速评估。 Objective To develop a portable spectrophotometry-based instrument for detecting free hemoglobin(FHb) to facilitate blood transfusion.Methods Photoelectric conversion circuit was used to measure the color depth at 505 nm of benzidine-reactive substance quinine imide so as to determine the content of FHb in the blood plasma.Results When compared with spectrophotometer 721,the detector had the correlation coefficient r2 between the measuring result and standard value being 0.999 8(r^2=0.999 8).Conclusion The detector developed can measure FHb in the blood plasma rapidly and accurately,and thus can realize rapid evaluation of the storage of blood products.
