基于战略发展的医院智能数据平台设计

Design of digital hospital information system based on strategic development of hospital

目的:针对目前医院现有信息化平台存在的主要问题,对未来医院智能信息系统进行总体设计。方法:以医院战略为导向,以信息技术为支撑,按照医院信息化建设的思路、原则与具体方法,设定医院信息化智能平台的临床、科研与管理三大系统。结果:建立了医疗质量监测应用、科研疾病数据库、运营管理类应用的智能平台系统,覆盖了医院的基本业务流程。结论:数字化医院信息系统的建立是基于医疗信息下的智能应用系统,在提高医务人员工作效率和医疗质量的同时,使医疗信息的产出最大化,使有效的资源得到最大的发挥。

Objective To solve the problems in the existing hospital information system by planning and design of futural digital hospital information system.Methods The clinical,RD as well as management systems were developed for hospital informatization platform with hospital strategy,information technologies as well as thoughts,principles and methods of hospital informatization.Results The digital hospital information system was established,which covered the whole operation flow of the hospital.Conclusion The digital hospital information system increases the working efficiency and quality of the clinician,and can make the effective resources to maximize utility.
