摘要
在有机幼龄茶园开展利用狼尾草栽培球盖菇套种模式研究。通过套种两年对茶树生长土壤肥力的主要限制因子及球盖菇子实体的主要营养成分研究表明:套种后茶园土壤肥力的主要限制因子得到显著提升:其中套种后第二年有机质含量达3.68g/kg,比没套种球盖菇(CK)的1.87 g/kg提高了96.79%,全氮含量(g/kg)、有效磷含量(mg/kg)、速效钾含量(mg/kg)分别达到0.206%、17.6%、341.7%,与CK相比分别提高了103.96%、165.15%、346.67%,球盖菇子实体的营养成分均达到WHO/FAO理想营养价值的标准。研究提出利用"茶-草(狼尾草及豆科牧草)-菌(球盖菇等食用菌)-畜禽(羊、鸡)"种养模式构建有机茶园,达到茶叶种植的高产优质目的。
The benefits of organic young tea plantation interplanted with Strophariaceae cultivated by Pennise-tum were investigated. Based on a two-year study, the results showed that the soil fertility was risen signifi-cantly in interplanted organic young tea plantation, with the organic content reaching 3. 66g/kg, which is 96. 79% higher than that of non-interplanted tea planatation, which was only recorded as 1. 87g/kg. The total nitrogen content ( g/kg ) , phosphorus content ( mg/kg ) and potassium content ( mg/kg ) reached 0. 206%、17. 6%、341. 7%, respectively, which were increased by 103. 96%, 165. 15%, 346. 67%, re-spectively, comparing with the non-interplanted plantation. In addition, all the nutrient composition of Stro-phariaceae sporophore meet the standard of WHO/FAO’ s ideal nutritional value. This research arrived at the conclusion that the culture model of“Tea-Grass ( Pennisetum and leguminous grass) - Fungus ( Strophari-aceae and other edible mush roomsetc. ) - Livestock ( sheep, chicken)” could be used to build organic tea plantation in order to achieve high yield and high quality of tea planting.
