摘要
本试验采用5份我国西南地区常用的热带亚热带Suwan类群的自交系作母本,4份我国温带优良玉米自交系作父本,按NCII(North Carolina II)遗传交配设计组配的20个温热杂交组合作为试验材料,分别在贵州贵阳、甘肃张掖两地进行田间试验,调查生育期、植株性状、果穗性状、产量性状等光周期敏感性相关性状,鉴定分析20个温热杂交组合的光周期敏感特性。结果表明:温热杂交组合在北方长日照的光周期环境下有较强的光敏感性,但均能较好地适应西南较短日照环境。其中光周期最为敏感的杂交组合:QB446×Mo17,光周期最为钝感的杂交组合:S273×昌7-2。
The experiment used five inbred lines from tropical and subtropical Suwan taxa which were used commonly in the southwest region of China as female parents, four temperate elite maize inbred lines from our country north as male parents. According to NCII ( North Carolina II) genetic mating design,grouped with 20 temperate-tropical hybrids as the test materials. Then the photoperiod sensitivity of related traits in investi-gation of growth period, plant characters, ear characters and yield characters were analyzed based on field ex-periments conducted on Guiyang Guizhou province and Zhangye Gansu province. 20 temperate-tropical hy-brids are appraised and analyzed in photoperiod sensitive characteristics. The results showed that the most sensitive hybrid is QB446 × Mo17 , and the most insensitive hybrid is S273 × Chang 7-2 .
