新渡户近扭白蚁Pericapritermes nitobei(Shiraki)的重新描述(昆虫纲,蜚蠊目,白蚁科)

Morphological Redescription of Pericapritermes nitobei( Shiraki,1909 )( Insecta,Blattaria,Termitidae)

鉴于新渡户近扭白蚁Pericapritermes nitobei(Shiraki,1909)原始描述较为简单,以及国际上对该物种与扬子江近扭白蚁Pericapritermes jangtsekiangensis(Kemner,1925)的同物异名的观点大相径庭,本文对新渡户近扭白蚁的兵蚁、有翅成虫、工蚁进行了详细描述,测量了相关特征部位数据,并增加了其若蚁、前兵蚁的形态特征描述。根据特征对比,认为扬子江近扭白蚁Pericapritermes jangtsekiangensis(Kemner,1925)应为新渡户近扭白蚁Pericapritermes nitobei(Shiraki,1909)的异名。

Because the original description of Pericapritermes nitobei（Shiraki, 1909） is very brief, and there are different opinions on whether or not Pericapritermes jangtsekiangensis（Kemner, 1925）is a junior synonym of P. nitobei, this article redescribes and measures the characteristics of the soldier, imago and worker of P. nitobei in detail, and also describes the nymph and presolider of the species for the first time. Our study con-firms that Pericapritermes jangtsekiangensis （ Kemner, 1925 ） is a junior synonym of Pericapritermes nitobei （Shiraki, 1909）.
