摘要
针对海晏县家畜"掉牙病",采集当地的土壤、牧草、病死家畜的骨骼等,进行钙、磷、氟等元素的检验,研究表明牧草、骨骼、土壤中的氟元素严重超标,骨骼中的钙元素不足,说明海晏县家畜"掉牙病"的病因为氟中毒引起的;在以试验小鼠为动物模型,应用硫酸铝、亚硒酸钠和葡萄糖酸钙的预防氟中毒实验中,经检测,葡萄糖酸钙对预防氟中毒效果最好。
The local soil, herbage and died livestock bones were collected and detected the elements of Calcium, Pho6phoms and Fluorine. The results abowd that the Fluorine content in the local soil, herbage and died livestock bones all exceed normal standard seriously, while the Calcium content in the bones go below certain limits. An these proof that the domestic animal's tooth loss disease was caused by o, lcrloading Fluorine element. Calcium gluconate is proved to be the best choice for preventing fluorosis?in?mlce?medel?for?its?activity.
