石嘴山市2003-2013年常见肿瘤疾病分析

Retrospective analysis of common tumor diseases and application strategy in Shizuishan city from 2003 to 2013

目的对石嘴山地区2003-2013年常见肿瘤进行回顾性分析,并提出应用对策。方法回顾分析2003-2013年石嘴山5 924例肿瘤患者的发病情况,采用χ2检验进行比较分析。结果高发的病种依次是乳腺癌(23.51%)、胃癌(20.04%)、肝癌(19.44%)、肠癌(17.56%)、肺癌(14.21%)、宫颈癌(5.23%)。结论石嘴山市2003-2013年常见肿瘤以乳腺癌、胃癌、肠癌为主,应改善当地环境、改正不良生活习惯,提倡健康生活方式,大力宣传常见肿瘤的早预防、早诊断、早治疗方针,提高肿瘤病理诊断水平是防治大部分肿瘤的关键。

Objective To analyze the common systemic tumors retrospectively in Shizuishan city between 2003 and 2013 and put forward to the application countermeasures. Methods 5924 cases of cancer from 2003 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,Chi-square tests were used to analysis the incidence of the tumor. Results High incidence of disease in turn was 23. 51% of breast cancer,20. 04% of gastric cancer,19. 44% of liver cancer,17. 56% of colon cancer,14. 21% of lung cancer and 5. 23% of cervical cancer.Conclusion Breast cancer,stomach cancer and colon cancer are main types of common tumor in Shizuishan City from 2003 to 2013. The local environment improvement,correcting bad habits,advocating healthy way of life should be performed. Early prevention,early diagnosis,early treatment guidelines and for common tumor are the keys to the prevention and treatment of most of the tumors.
