摘要
对SS400连铸坯不同部位钢中总氧含量分布进行了分析,结果表明,SS400连铸坯正常坯与过渡坯的总氧含量相对较低,平均值小于0.001 5%,能够满足洁净钢要求;头坯坯头及头坯坯尾总氧含量均值分别为0.003 9%和0.002 5%,不利于洁净钢生产,对此进行了原因分析,并提出了相应措施,实施后达到了生产要求。
The distribution condition of the total oxygen content in different locations of the SS400 continuous casting slab was analyzed. The analytical results show that the total oxygen content in normal slabs and intermixing slabs is relatively lower with the average content less than 0.001 5%, which can meet the requirements for smelting the clean steel. The average total oxygen content at both the head and the tail of the first slab is 0.003 9% and 0.002 5% respectively, which is bad for smelting the clean steel. For this the causes leading to relative high content of total oxygen were analyzed and then the corresponding measures are proposed. After these measures are taken the requirements for smelting the clean steel are met.
