鞍钢鲅鱼圈4038m^3高炉非计划休风恢复实践

摘要 鞍钢鲅鱼圈4038 m3高炉由于中间称斗滑落导致主皮带撕裂,造成高炉非计划休风6天多。对高炉成功处理长期非计划休风炉况恢复的经验进行了总结。高炉非计划休风后,首先要最大限度地采取保温措施,送风时加入足够净焦,并适当加入锰矿,以保证炉渣的流动性;送风初期用少数风口送风,恢复过程合理使用风温和喷煤,做好热量平衡;送风后根据铁口和炉缸状态决定恢复速度。 The 4038 m^3 BF of Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was blown down for more than 6 days due to the tearing of the main belt caused by the sliding down of the middle weigh hopper. The experiences on successfully dealing with the long time unintended blowing-down were summed up. The experiences show that once the blast furnace is blown down unintendedly the first measure to be taken is to keep the BF warm as much as possible. When hot air is blown in, sufficient clean coke should be charged with appropriately adding the manganese ore into the furnace so as to ensure the mobility of slag. Then less tuyeres should be operated at the early period of hot air blowing and the blast air temperature and the injection of pulverized coal during the blowing-on must be adjusted suitably so as to keep appropriate heat balance. And lastly after hot air blowing, the blowing-on speed can be determined depending on the conditions of both the hearth and the tap hole.
