摘要
对鞍钢股份有限公司无缝钢管厂无缝钢管穿孔机顶头冷却环系统存在的设计缺陷进行了分析,针对水嘴布置不合理、冷却水喷到毛管外部造成毛管外部氧化、喷到毛管内部破坏抗氧化剂作用等缺陷提出了改进方案,在冷却环前端安装了冷却水反冲洗装置,并对冷却环进行了改进,实施后取得了预期效果。
The design defects existed in the cooling ring system for the piercing point of the piercing mill for making seamless steel tubes in Seamless Steel Tube Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. were analyzed. Based on the analytical results the upgrading scheme was proposed with regard to such defects as the unsuitable installation of the water nozzles, oxidizing occurred on the external surface of a hollow billet caused by the spraying of cooling water and weakening the effect of the antioxidant in the interior surface of the billet. According to the scheme the back flushing device for cooling water was installed in the front end of the cooling ring and meanwhile the cooling ring was also modified. So by these measures the desired effect was achieved.
