随着我国的农业现代化发展,走适度规模经营的道路是必不可少的发展阶段,实现土地的适度规模经营就要进行一定程度的土地流转。自2006年我国第一家土地流转合作社出现至今,不少学者对它产生的背景,意义及发展过程等方面都做了研究。在此基础上,对学者们研究土地流转合作社的各方面问题进行总结与概括,以期通过综述对以后确定土地流转合作社的研究角度有一定的指导作用。
