基于经济差异的知识产权保护实证研究——31省(市)面板数据分析

Research on Intellectual Property Protection based on economic disparities:Based on Test of Provincial Panel Data

对我国各省(市)知识产权保护执行效力进行测算,运用固定效应模型对我国31省(市)2001—2013年的面板数据进行经济差异对知识产权保护影响的实证分析。研究结果显示:无论在经济发达地区还是经济欠发达地区,经济发展水平的提升对知识产权保护的实施均起促进作用;影响知识产权保护实施的因素在发达与不发达地区不同;人力资本和创新能力是限制知识产权保护的关键。

This paper uses 5 dimensions method to measure intellectual property fights protection effectiveness of each province in China. An empirical test is provided to test influences between regional economic development differences and intellectual property fights protection effectiveness based on provincial data from 2001 to 2013 by using fixed effects model.The study found that：whether in economically developed areas or underdeveloped areas, intellectual property protection play a catalytic role when enhances the level of economic development ; province with different economic strength has different influences to implement of intellectual property protection ; human capital and innovation are the key limiting the intellectual property protection.
