摘要
刀库及换刀装置对提高数控加工中心的效率有显著作用。在分析了自动换刀工作原理的基础上,完成了基于上位机和运动控制卡的自动换刀控制系统的设计。利用运动控制卡组成的控制系统实现了刀盘运动,自动选刀,主轴换刀的控制。同时上位机能够提供人机交互以实现指令传输,参数设置以及实时监控等功能。经过实际应用证明,该控制系统性能稳定,控制精确,操作简单,具有广泛的应用价值。
Magazine and tool changer has a significant effect for improving the efficiency of CNC machining centers. The design of ATC control system which is based on motion control card and PC is completed after the work principle of ATC is analyzed. The disc magazine movements, automatic tool selection and the tool changed by spindle are controlled by the motion control card. The using of PC can provides HCI to complete command input, parameters setting and real-time monitoring. Practical application indicates that the control system performance and stability, precise control, simple operation, has a wide range of application value.
