A市城中村家庭妇女再就业培训问题初探

失业现象在中国各类城市普遍存在,政府非常重视对该现象的调控。在大量的下岗人员中,大部分都是一些女职工,地方政府为了解决这一突出问题也相继出台了一系列再就业保障政策,其中再就业培训就是最有效的手段之一。分析A市城中村家庭妇女再就业培训的现状,认为A市再就业培训工作存在培训层次简单、教学与实践相脱节等问题,并对此提出解决城中村家庭妇女再就业培训问题的对策。
