Investigation and Analysis on Construction and Service of Guangdong Library Consortia

[目的/意义]调查分析广东省图书馆联盟的建设和服务现状。[方法/过程]运用文献调查、网络调查及当面询问的调查方法,分析广东省图书馆联盟建设现状与服务能力,指出存在的问题。[结果/结论]指出在图书馆联盟建设上广东省率全国之先,但存在政府支持力度不足、地区发展不平衡、服务内容有待扩展等问题;提出广东省图书馆联盟发展的对策建议,期望为图书馆联盟资源共享与服务提供有价值的参考。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to survey and analyse status quo of Guangdong library consortia’s construction and service. [Method/process] The paper uses literature investigation, network survey and face-to-face interview, analyzes construction actuality and service ability of Guangdong library consortia, and points out existing problems. [Result/conclusion] The paper points out that Guangdong leads the nation in library consortia construction, but there are still some problems including inadequate supporting from government, unbalanced regional development and service content to be enlarged. It brings forwards some countermeasures for Guangdong library consortia to provide a valuable reference to resource sharing and service for library consortia.
