[目的/意义]社交网络服务已成为一种最受欢迎的网络服务模式。[方法/过程]通过用户、信息资源和仿真技术三个角度,系统归纳了国内外社交网络服务的研究成果及未来发展方向,分析了用户参与信息资源建设的影响因素,总结了信息资源质量、传播、开发利用对社交网络服务发展的意义,梳理了仿真模拟技术在社交网络服务中用户和信息资源互动关系研究的应用。[结果/结论]认为运用复杂适应系统理论和仿真技术研究社交网络服务是未来研究的主要趋势之一。

[Purpose/significance] Social network service has become one of the most popular network service models.[Method/process]From three angles of user, information resource and simulation technology, the paper systematically sums up research results and future direction of social network service at home and abroad, analyses factors affecting user’s participation in information resources construction, summarizes the significances of quality, communication and utilization of information resources on social network development, sorts out the applications of simulation technology in research of interaction between social network users and information resources.[Result/conclusion]The paper thinks that using complex adaptive system theory and simulation technology to study social network service is one of main trend of future research.
