教育对农民收入影响的机理与实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Mechanism of Influence by Education on Farmers' Income

教育一方面经由改善社会、生活、家庭等外在环境的外部传导对农民收入产生影响;另一方面又经由提高农民劳动生产力、农民流动性的内部传导对农民收入产生影响。基于此,文章选取1990—2013年全国31个省市的面板数据,探讨了教育经由影响犯罪率、健康、劳动者的流动性、妇女从业率四条路径对农民收入产生的影响。基于所构建的模型分析,文章建议应加强法制教育,减少犯罪率;加强乡村女性的从业教育,提高农村女性从业率;加强卫生健康教育;普及农村义务教育和技能教育,提高农村劳动力流动,以促进农民收入稳定增长。

Education exerts its influence on farmer＇s income in two ways. One is an external way through which education improves the society, the quality of life and family. The other is an internal way through which it increases farmers＇ productivity and farmers liquidity. By analyzing the 1990--2013 panel data of 31 provinces, the article discusses how education makes the influence on farmers＇ income through crime rate, health, labor mobility and the rate of women. Based on the analysis of the construc- ted model, the article finally proposes a solution to insure a steady growth of farmers＇ income by pro- moting legal education, reducing crime, promoting women＇s skill education in rural area, improving health education, promoting the compulsory education and skills training in rural area and improving the mobility of rural labor.
