地方传统戏曲发展过程中的政府角色分析

An Analysis of the Government's Role in the Development of Local Traditional Opera in Huzhou

地方传统戏曲在当今的保护与传承一直是我国政府和学术界非常重视的课题。然而,由于2014年习总书记对文艺工作做出了新的指示,以及对新常态下政府职能的重新定位,政府在当今地方传统戏曲的保护工作中所扮演的角色也应发生相应转变。因此,笔者尝试以湖剧为例,对新时期政府在非遗工作中的角色和功能进行重新梳理。希望为当今传统戏曲的发展提供理论和政策上的帮助。

The protection and inheritance of local traditional opera is the important topic for our government and the academia.As the new indicator for literature and art work put forward by President Xi in 2014,and the re-positioning of the government’s duties under the conditions of the new normal,the role which the government plays in protecting transitional opera should also be changed accordingly.Therefore,the article will reset the roles and duties of the government in this effort to protect intangible Cultural Heritage and take Hu Opera as an example,in order to provide some theoretical suggestions on the protection of local traditional opera in this new period.
